We compared all prices, reviews, and availability of cleaners in Long Beach, and decided to give LA Basics 360º a shot. Kini and his crew are the best cleaners! I requested a deep clean for my apartment. The crew worked both quickly and thoroughly. They clean both the counters and the stuff on the counters, the side tables, and the things under the side tables. They cleaned my house as I would have cleaned it, and I am very picky. Kini even straightened my gardening stuff out on my balcony. The crew was friendly and worked diligently. I am so impressed that I am having them back for regular cleanings. You will not be disappointed with these cleaners!

My place was a complete mess and given the situation they did an amazing job. I usually do cleanings every two weeks to a month, but I let my house get messy for like a few months (gulp). More than anything I was afraid of being judged and looked at as a hoarder lol. They came in and were very professional. They worked very hard and explained in detail what they were working on. I felt bad because I had piles of stuff, but they still made it work. Really appreciate the cleaning they did last minute and would recommend. Hope these guys get more business. Unlike other companies, they didn’t come to my house and make excuses or raise the price. They just went to work. Great job guys. Have a great weekend.

Ugh. Everyone gave this place five stars and I thought it was a scam but it wasn’t. First of all the team is very prompt, professional, and scheduling/payment is seamless. You receive your bill electronically and an invoice. I had a deep cleaning (69 per hour and it took 3 hours, pricing was for the first time for a 550sqft apartment) the place was spotless! I hadn’t cleaned for months, there was dust everywhere, I just had poor health at the time. The team took care and thoroughly cleaned my kitchen and my plant pots. In fact, things were so much cleaner the days after my plants grew a lot more! Finally, they reorganized some of my places, organizing my shoes, and hanging my medals from a few half marathons, frankly, I cried when I saw my place. I’m not even that kind of chick! Use them, pricey but you won’t regret.

Couch deep cleaning – the team was efficient and communicated clearly on how they’ll be taking care of my furniture and how long it’ll take; including the pricing and hourly rate.
